Heya!!
I decided to go for a diet since April 2012 and I have lost around 15kg. Unfortunately, I gained back the 5kg that I have lost and now, it seemed that my hard work from before was in vain. Since then, I was not in the mood for a diet but I still watched what I eat, although not that thorough.
A few weeks ago, one of my friends (the few I called friends), decided to go for a diet. She suddenly asked me to join her journey down to the slim world. And I said, why not. It's been awhile since I stopped dieting. She shared with me numerous eating habits that will help us lose our weight. Apparently, she got herself a coach to help her lose her weight and all the things that the coach told her, she will tell me.
She viewed her coach as her inspiration since he lost around 70kg in just one year. Well, of course he went for a rigorous exercise regime. And, knowing her that she will not do any exercises, he told her that it's okay not to exercise, but the rate of losing the weight will be a bit slow. So, she said to me the same thing her coach said to her.
I admitted that I'm not very keen on exercising, so watching my meal is the best thing I could do to lose my weight. And so, I started back my diet plan on Sept 2013. It's already 13 days and I've lost 1kg... which is really hard to lose T_T

since high school, im up by 15kg :( i need to lose 30kg... :( how am i ever gonna do it?
intense workout! ak kne ilangkan 40kg utk capai target ideal weight ak. lg giler
