Today is Father's Day!

Today is 19th June! It's Father's Day guys!! Why am I so excited? It's not MY day or what right? Oh, everyday is my day anyway! Hehe!

Yesterday, my little sis called me, telling tomorrow is Father's Day. To tell you the truth, after that call, then I know when is Father's Day! I'm not a very good daughter am I? (......) And! And...I forgot to call my dad after the clock shows it's midnight already. I forgot!! Yeah, same question, I'm not a very good daughter am I? *yeah, you are* I know.

So, yesterday night I slept without wishing my dad 'Happy Father's Day'. And, this morning, my mom called, around 10.00am. I was asleep then. I heard my cell ringing, so I answered the call. This was the conversation :

Mom : Are you still asleep?
Me : Yeah...What is it mom?
Mom : Do you know that today is Father's Day?
Me : Yeah, I know. Sis called me yesterday.
Mom : Then, wake up already! Call your father and wish him!
Me : I know, I know... Later I will call him.
Mom : Okay, I will call you again. 'salam'
Me : 'salam'

So, the conversation ended. I looked at the clock and it showed 10.30am. Okay... Maybe I slept again after my mom called. I woke up then I took my shower. Dah mandi, dh pakai baju sume, cadang nk call la ayah aku, then...! Then, my cell ringing. Oh, no.... The caller was my dad.

Dad : What are you doing right now?
Me : Oh, I just took my shower.
Dad : When did you sleep last night? Did you get my message?
Me : Erm... around 2.00am. At what time did you message me?
Dad : I don't remember. Around 12.30am.
Me : *Erk?! 12.30am?!* Oh, maybe I was not aware of the incoming message. Erm... I checked something on the internet yesterday. Do you know what's going on today?
Dad : Yes, Father's Day.
Me : *Urgh!! Why did you called me first, dad and not me calling you first?!* Haha! Yes! Happy Father's Day dad!!
Dad : Yes. I hope you will do exactly the same as my message yesterday.
Me : Yeah, Insya-Allah.
Dad : Okay, 'salam'
Me : 'salam'

Wargh!!! Okay, I admit that I'm not a good daughter! The message basically about my dad prayed for me to be in a good condition (health and well being), in the present and in the future as well. Hey, why is it the position changed??!! I was the one who supposed to wish you that and not you wishing for me!!  T_T

*still in grieve* For my dad, I wish you Happy Father's Day! I hope you will be in a good condition, health and well being for the present and the future. I hope you will not overworked yourself. And the most important thing, I love you, dad! <3 <3 <3
